Your tasks:
- Checking, account assignment and posting of all current business transactions
- Reconciliation of accounts and maintenance of master data
- Processing reminders
- Checking, importing and recording incoming and outgoing invoices
- Creating and checking debit-side payment transactions
What you bring along:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or training as a Tax Assistant ( f/m/d)
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- Knowledge of commercial law and VAT law
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- practical experience with DATEV
- Proactive, conscientious and goal-oriented way of working
- Outstanding ability to work in a team and discretion
